FundPacket Studio

Client intake

Thank you for your order. Your brochure is designed exclusively from materials you supply and approve — the checklist below is everything production needs.

Your three-business-day design timeline starts when FundPacket Studio confirms receipt of your complete, approved intake — that is, when every item on this checklist has been received and you have given written approval of the content. Intake is a binary pass: all 12 items plus your written content approval, or the clock has not started. If anything is missing, we confirm receipt of what arrived and list exactly what is still needed.

The 12-item completeness checklist

  1. Payment confirmation: your Stripe receipt (forward the email)
  2. Fund identity: legal names exactly as they should appear, entity type, jurisdiction, year formed
  3. Overview & thesis (brochure page 1): your approved fund overview and investment thesis text
  4. Strategy & criteria (page 2): asset focus, target markets, and investment criteria
  5. Process (page 2): how you source, underwrite, approve, and monitor investments
  6. GP biographies (page 3): a short biography for each principal to be shown
  7. Track record & evidence (page 3): any performance figures or case studies you want shown — each with its source and qualifying language; production cannot proceed on a figure without both
  8. Structure & economic terms (page 4): management fee, carried interest, preferred return, distribution waterfall, GP commitment, minimum LP commitment, fund life, and investment period — as stated in your own documents
  9. Principal risks (page 5): your counsel-approved risk summary, word for word
  10. Legends & disclosures (page 5): every legend or disclosure your counsel requires, word for word. The package includes up to one page of disclosures; more is a quoted add-on, agreed before production
  11. Brand assets: logo files and any imagery you authorize us to use
  12. Contact & approval: the contact details to print in the brochure, and the named person who approves content and receives delivery

Anything not supplied appears as a marked placeholder in your draft — we never fill gaps ourselves, and we never substitute industry averages for your terms.

Confidential documents: please do not email offering documents or other confidential files. Once we match your payment (by the email address on your Stripe receipt) we send you a private upload link for your materials — that link is the secure path.

Authority & attestation: by submitting materials you confirm that you are authorized to supply them on behalf of the issuer, that the content is accurate, and that your own securities counsel has approved it for your intended use. FundPacket Studio performs no compliance review of client content, and may decline content that appears to be a misleading performance claim or a prohibited solicitation.
