Terms of Service

These terms govern the Fund Investor Brochure Design Package sold by FundPacket Studio ("we," "us"). By purchasing, you ("client") agree to them.

1. Scope of service

• One five-page, print-ready PDF investor brochure, designed exclusively from materials you supply and approve. Pages cover: fund overview and investment thesis; investment strategy and underwriting; GP/sponsor team and any track record you supply; fund structure and economic terms; and principal risks, disclosures and contact details
• Also included: a one-page executive summary derived from the same approved content, and the editable source file for the brochure
• One design revision is included (see §5 for what a revision covers). Delivery is within 3 business days after complete approved intake (see §2)
• Disclosure ceiling: the package price covers up to one page of client-supplied risk factors and disclosures within the brochure's five pages. If your counsel-approved disclosures require more space, additional disclosure pages are available as a quoted add-on, agreed with you before production. Required disclosure text is never shrunk below legible size or omitted to fit — if it cannot fit legibly, we escalate the scope with you instead

2. Intake, attestation, and the delivery clock

• Complete approved intake means all items on the published 12-item intake checklist have been received and you have given written approval of the content. Your three-business-day design timeline starts when FundPacket Studio confirms receipt of your complete, approved intake
• If you change content after approving it, the delivery clock restarts from our confirmation of the revised complete intake
• Attestation: by submitting materials and approving content, you attest that the content is accurate and complete, that it is yours to use, and that your own securities counsel has approved it for the use you intend. We rely on your attestation
• No compliance review: we perform no legal or compliance review of your content. Design is our only service; the legality of your offering and of any distribution of the brochure is owned by you and your counsel
• Refusal right: we may decline or stop work on content that appears to be a misleading performance claim, an unqualified projection, or a prohibited solicitation, and we will tell you why. If we stop for this reason before production begins, the fee is refunded in full

3. Client-supplied content

• All facts, figures, claims, and disclosures in the finished brochure come from materials you supply and approve. We do not independently verify them and we do not create projections, performance claims, or offering terms
• Performance content: for every performance figure or track-record claim you want shown, you must supply the qualifying language and the source for the figure. Production does not proceed on a figure whose source and qualifying language are missing
• Missing facts are shown as clearly marked placeholders, never filled in by us
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of your content and for having your own counsel review the brochure before any use

4. What this service is not

• We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, placement agent, or law firm, and this is not legal, tax, or investment advice
• Our fee is a flat, non-contingent design fee. We provide no fundraising, solicitation, introduction, or distribution services

5. Fees, production, revisions, and refunds

• The package price is a flat $999 USD, payable in advance through our payment link
• Production begins when we start design work, which is after we receive your complete, approved materials
• Full refund if you cancel before production begins, or if we cannot deliver the agreed package scope
• If a delivered package materially fails to meet the agreed scope, we will correct it at no charge within 5 business days of your notice — or refund you in full if we cannot correct it
• One revision means one consolidated round of layout and copy edits to the delivered brochure and summary, submitted together. It does not include new content, new sections, or changes to content you previously approved; those are quoted as additional work. After production begins, fees are not refundable for design preferences; your included revision round covers those. See the Refund Policy, which states the same refund rule

6. Ownership and use

• On full payment, the delivered files are yours to use and edit. Your underlying materials remain yours
• We will not use your delivered brochure in our own marketing without your written permission

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the package. We are not liable for how the brochure is used or for the content you approved.
